Aloo Paneer – Recipe Of The Week


  • 100g Paneer(Cottage Cheese)
  • Boiled Potatoes – 5 (Medium Size)aloo_paneer_recipe
  • Black Pepper – 1 Tablespoon (freshly ground is recommended)
  • Green Chillies – 2 (Finely chopped)
  • Grated Ginger – 1 Tablespoon
  • Refined Oil – 3/4 Tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

How To Make Aloo Paneer

  • Crush the boiled potatoes with hand into random sized pieces and keep in a bowl
  • In another bowl crush the paneer .
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes. When the potatoes turn lightly brown ,add crushed paneer and green chillies.
  • Now add Salt, black pepper and grated ginger. Mix well. Let it be on flame for some time, mixing intermittently.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Plain/Lachcha Paranthas.
