Besan Ke Laddoo – Receipe Of The Week


  • 3 cups gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tsp Suji (samolina)besan_ke_laddoo
  • 11/2 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 11/2 cup ghee
  • 1 tsp each almonds,  cashew nuts (chopped)

How to make Besan Ke Laddoo

  • In a kadhai mix gram flour,suji and ghee  and  roast over a low heat
  • Keep on stirring till a nice aroma is given out for about 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool
  • Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and  chopped nuts to gram flour and mix well by rubbing it with your open palm.
  • Shape into tight, hard balls, pressing hard at every stage. At the final stage, keep it pressed a little longer, so that the surface becomes smooth.
  • Decorate the top of each ball with almonds and pistachios.
  • Delicious Laddoos are ready which can be stored in air tight container.
