Fruit Yogurt Smoothie – Summer Cool Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 cup small cubes of Apple
  • 1 Banana peeled and sliced
  • ½  cup Watermelon seedless cubes
  • ½ cup Musk melon cubes
  •  ½  cup Mango slice
  • ¼ cup seedless Black Grapes
  • 2 cups thick and chilled yogurt
  • Sugar or Honey as per the taste
  • ½  cup chilled  milk
  • 2-3 drops of vanilla essence  or pinch of cardamom powder
  • 4 Fresh mint leaves

How To Make Fruit Yogurt Smoothie

  • Keep all the cut fruits in the  freezer for 10-15 mintues.
  • Blend all the fruits with milk.
  • Add Yogurt, sugar or honey and blend till smooth.
  • Add ice cubes or crushed ice, vanilla essence or  mint leaves and blend some more.
  • Serve chilled.

You can also add  any other seasonal fruits of your choice like pear, kiwi, strawberry, apricot etc.Flavored yogurt can also be used, if your want.
