Kuttu Aloo Ke Stuffed Pakore – Navratra Receipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kuttu ka atta
  • 250 grms Potatokuttu_aloo_ke_stuffed_pakore
  • 2 tsp. paneer
  • 10-12 chopped almonds
  • 10-12 chopped Kaju
  • 2tsp.- chopped coriander
  • 1tsp  – chopped green chilies
  • Sendha Namak to taste
  • Kali Mirch powder  to taste
  • Oil  for  frying

How to make Kutto Aloo Ke Stuffed Pakore

  • Boil  the  potatoes  till they are half cooked.
  • Peel them and cut it into two halves and  with a spoon scoop out the centre like a disc.
  • Heat ghee in a non stick pan and sauté chopped almonds, kaju, and then add scooped potatoes,paneer  kali mirch, sendha namak  on a low flame.
  • Take it off the heat, add  chopped coriander, green chillies mix well and keep aside.
  • Mix water slowly in Kuttu ka atta   to make a smooth thick batter. Add sendha namak to taste..
  • Fill the mixture into the potatoes and keep aside
  • Heat oil for deep frying in a deep pan. Make sure the heat is moderate and not very high.
  • Dip each filled potato into the prepared batter and drop them into hot ghee. Fry them in medium hot oil till golden brown.
  • Serve them hot with mint and coriander chutney.
