Pineapple And Baby Corn Sticks – An Evening Snack Recipe

Ingredients

  • Tinned pineapple cut into one inch cubes
  • Tinned Cherriespineapple and baby corn stick recipe
  • Paneer Cubes
  • 8-10 Babycorn
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Kala Namak
  • 1 tsp Chat Masala
  • Roasted cumin seed powder.
  • Coriander Leaves chopped
  • Some Mint Leaves

How to make Baby Corn Sticks

  • Boil baby corns with salt till tender.
  • Drain and pat dry the baby corns and cut them in pieces
  • Sprinkle salt on paneer cubes and keep aside for ten minutes so that the excess water drains out.
  • Place the pineapple in another bowl with black salt and roasted cumin powder.
  • First mix vinegar, olive oil, chat masala and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl and then mix baby corns, paneer cubes and pineapple pieces.
  • Take a toothpick and pierce them in the following order :cherry, paneer,2-3 mint leaves, baby corn, pineapple and again mint leaves.
  • Make similar sticks and refrigerate them for ten minutes.
  • Serve them chilled.
