Spring Onions Tikki – Recipe Of The Week


  • 6 Spring Onions (Hare Pyaaz)  , finely chopped (both white and green parts)
  • Rice Flour – 6 Tablespoons
  • Coriander leaves
  • Refined Oil
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt as per taste

How To Make Spring Onions Tikki

  • Add Salt, red chili powder, coriander leaves to  finely chopped Spring Onions. Mix well.
  • Add rice flour and some water to spring onions mix, to make dough.
  • Make round flat tikkis.
  • Grease a non-stick pan with oil and fry the tikkis from both the sides till dark brown.
  • Serve with Puidina-Dhaniya chutney
