Tricolor Paneer Tikka

  • 1 cup paneer cut cubes
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • ¾ tsp. kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp ginger galic paste
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ kasuri methi
  • ¼ tsp garam masala powder
  • ¼ tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup green capsicum  cubes
  • 1 cup red tomato cubes without seeds.

How To Make Tricolor Paneer Tikka

  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned above in hung curd for  marination.
  • Marinate paneer with the curd mix and set aside for at least one hour.
  • Heat a tawa with oil, roast the paneer  removing excess mairnation, till the marination dries up, flipping the pieces to all sides.
  • While the paneer is getting roasted, marinate the cubed  tomatoes and capsicums with the left over marinade and fry them on the same tawa, after you remove the paneer .
  • Fry  tomatoes and capsicum till half cooked and crunchy.
  • Now skew tomoto,paneer and capsicum to make a tricolor paneer tikka.
