A questionnaire as shown below.:

  1. This is a time bound test. It will tell you how fast you read and how well you can carry out certain things you are told to do.
  2. Read everything before doing anything.
  3. You have two minutes to complete the following.
  4. Write your name and today’s date–month-day-year in the top right hand corner of your test paper.
  5. Write the name of the month that begins with the letter “J” in the top left hand corner. of your test paper.
  6. In the lower right hand corner of your test paper, draw five circles and then write x in each circle.
  7. In the lower left hand corner of your test paper, write the names of your five best friends
  8. Sign your name under your name.
  9. Write the answer to the following multiplication problem directly underneath the date on your test paper—7×6 = ?
  10. On the reverse side of the paper add 678+842. Double that number. Add 20.  Subtract 20. Add again 5. Subtract 10. Divide by 2.
  11. Write this number on your test paper directly underneath your name
  12. Draw a rectangle around the word “paper” in sentence number 4.
  13. Now write ‘The paper is very easy’ under your answer to sentence no. 6.
  14. In the middle of the paper draw a big circle and write the reverse counting from  1 to 20.
  15. Write the five vowels on the top right hand corner of your test paper underneath  your answer to sentence no. 4.
  16. Put a circle around your name.
  17. Shake hands with your neighbor.
  18. Now that you have carefully read the paper  and you have not carried out any of the actual work,  do only what sentence 4 and 5 says.
  19. Ignore all the other instructions.

How To Play

  • Give this paper to every participant and ask them to complete this paper in two minutes

This game can be played with kids as well as with elders. Directions given in the paper is a form of communication, if you don’t follow them carefully, you are down the wrong path.
