Ingredients
- 3 cups gram flour (besan)
- 2 tsp Suji (samolina)
- 11/2 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp Green cardamom powder
- 11/2 cup ghee
- 1 tsp each almonds, cashew nuts (chopped)
How to make Besan Ke Laddoo
- In a kadhai mix gram flour,suji and ghee and roast over a low heat
- Keep on stirring till a nice aroma is given out for about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool
- Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and chopped nuts to gram flour and mix well by rubbing it with your open palm.
- Shape into tight, hard balls, pressing hard at every stage. At the final stage, keep it pressed a little longer, so that the surface becomes smooth.
- Decorate the top of each ball with almonds and pistachios.
- Delicious Laddoos are ready which can be stored in air tight container.
