Ingredients
- 500 grams False
- 250 grams Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp kala namak
- 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder
- Bhuna jeera for garnishing
- Punida Patta for garnishing
How to make False Ka Sharbat
- Boil approx. one litre of water.
- Add sugar and washed false in it.
- Mash false with the help of spatula so that the pulp leaves the seeds for two minutes.
- Let it cool down and stain the seed.
- Add kala namak, kali mirch powder and salt
- Refrigerate the same and sever chilled by garnishing with buna jeera and punida patta.
False is a small fruit with high nutritious value and juice of false in this season of heat and sun is very refreshing.
