Kacche Kele Ki Chat – Navratri Recipe

  • 4 raw banana (kachhe kele)
  • 4 tbsp each of coriander and mint chutney
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • sendha namak to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pomegranate seeds
  • Oil for frying

 How to make Kachhe Kele Ki Chat

  • Peel banana and cut fine slices of it like that of chips.
  • Dip them in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the banana slices until they turn golden brown. .
  • Now mix salt, black pepper, coriander and mint chutney, and lemon juice  with the chips well and place them in a serving dish.
  • Garnish with  chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds and serve.
