Ingredients
- 4 raw banana (kachhe kele)
- 4 tbsp each of coriander and mint chutney
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
- sendha namak to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp pomegranate seeds
- Oil for frying
How to make Kachhe Kele Ki Chat
- Peel banana and cut fine slices of it like that of chips.
- Dip them in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the banana slices until they turn golden brown. .
- Now mix salt, black pepper, coriander and mint chutney, and lemon juice with the chips well and place them in a serving dish.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds and serve.
