Ingredients
- 1 ltr. Full Cream Milk
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 50 gam Makhanne
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. Green cardamom powder
- 10-12 chopped almonds
- 10-12 chopped kaju
- 10-12 kishmish
How to make Makhanne Ki Kheer
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan and sauté makhane on a low flame.
- Take them off the heat and let them cool down and then crush them
- Boil Milk in another deep pan, add crushed makhanne
- Simmer it over low flame till makhanne are cooked and milk thickens.
- Add sugar and let it boil on low heat for another 10 minutes
- Add elacichi, chopped almonds, kaju, kishmish and mix well and take it off the heat.
- Serve either hot or chilled.
