Ingredients
- One Cup Moong Dal (washed properly)
- Two medium size Onions (chopped)
- 2-3 Green Chillis (chopped)
- One Cup Green Methi Leaves (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- Red Chili Powder to taste
- 1/4th tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Oil for frying
How To Make Methi Moong Dal Pakore
- Soak moong dal for 4-5 hours.
- Strain it, grind it and make a thick paste.
- Mix finely chopped onions, chopped green methi leaves & green chillies as per taste.
- In a bowl add salt, chili powder, garam masala, chat masala and mix it in the paste.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Make even sized balls with hand or tablespoon and fry till crisp on medium flame.
- Serve Methi Moong Dal pakore hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
