Ingredients
- 500g Paneer(Cottage Cheese) cut into 2 inch by 2 inch slices of 2 Cm thickness
- Lijjat Papad (Any Flavour) – 10 pieces
- Corn Flour – 4-5 Tsp
- Water
- Refined Oil
- Chat Masala – 1 Tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
How To Make Paneer Papdi
- Crush Lijjat Papad with hands into random sized bits, not more than a cm long approximately.
- Make a thin paste of corn flour with water and add chat masala and red chili powder to it. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Put Paneer slices into cornflour paste one at a time such that all sides of paneer are covered with a thin layer.
- Now roll paneer slice into the lijjat papad bits. Make sure that it is completely covered with a thick layer of papad bits.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Servehot with Pudina-Dhaniya Chutney.
