Ingredients
- 1cup – saboodana
- 400grams – boiled potatoes
- 2tsp.- chopped coriander
- 1tsp – chopped green chilies
- 50 grms – crushed peanuts
- Salt to taste (Sendha namak for fasting)
- Kali Mirch powder to taste
- Oil for frying
How To Make Saboodana Cutlets
- Soak saboodana in water for 1 hour. Drain and set asite.
- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes
- Add drained saboodana, finely chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, salt, kali mirch powder and crushed peanuts and mix well.
- Divide them into equal parts and roll each part into a oval or round shape.
- Shallow fry them in medium hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve them hot with mint and coriander chutney.
