How to Make Sabudana Khichdi
- Wash and Soak sabudana for 2 hours. After 2 hours drain and keep aside.
- Chop the potatoes into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan fry peanuts and keep aside.
- Now add the chopped potatoes and stir well. Let them cook till they are light brown on the outside
- Add sabudana, fried peanuts, sendha namak, chopped green chillies, kali mirch powder and mix gently. Let it cook for 4-5 mins stirring occasionally and scraping the sabudana layer from the bottom of the vessel.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish the sabudana khichdi with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot either with curd or green chutney.
