- 6 Spring Onions (Hare Pyaaz) , finely chopped (both white and green parts)
- Rice Flour – 6 Tablespoons
- Coriander leaves
- Refined Oil
- Red Chili Powder – 1 Tablespoon
- Salt as per taste
How To Make Spring Onions Tikki
- Add Salt, red chili powder, coriander leaves to finely chopped Spring Onions. Mix well.
- Add rice flour and some water to spring onions mix, to make dough.
- Make round flat tikkis.
- Grease a non-stick pan with oil and fry the tikkis from both the sides till dark brown.
- Serve with Puidina-Dhaniya chutney
