Ingredients
- 2 cups diced fresh or tinned pineapple
- 1 cup diced red,green and yellow ball pepper
- 1 cup chopped tomato (seedless)
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander,
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
How To Make Pineapple Salsa
- In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, red,green & green pepper, tomato, cucumber red onion, jalapeno,chopped coriander and lime juice.Stir well.
- Season with black pepper and salt, to taste.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled with roasted papad or nachos.
Tip : Mix all the ingredients when it has to be served.
