Pineapple Salsa – Receipe Of The Week

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fresh or tinned pineapple
  • 1 cup diced red,green and yellow ball pepperpineapple-salsa1
  • 1 cup chopped tomato (seedless)
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander,
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

 How To Make Pineapple Salsa

  • In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, red,green & green pepper, tomato, cucumber  red onion, jalapeno,chopped coriander and  lime juice.Stir well.
  • Season with black pepper and salt, to taste.
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled with roasted papad or nachos.

Tip : Mix all the ingredients when it has to be served.
