Have You Ever - Party Game

Make a questionnaire as below and get it photocopied as per the number of players.
The participants has to answer these questions in ‘Yes’ or ‘No’

Have you ever fallen asleep while talking on the phone?
Have you ever milked a cow?
Have you ever written an article for a newspaper?
Have you ever kissed somebody by mistake?
Have you ever gone to greet a friend or family member then noticed it was someone else?
Have you ever regretted saying I love you?
Have you ever given a false excuse to get out of something you didn’t want to do?
Have you ever called your boyfriend or girlfriend by the wrong name?
Have you ever been on TV?
Have you ever cried in public and embarrassed yourself?
have you ever cheated your girl friend?
Have you ever gone swimming with dolphins?
Have you ever written your phone number on a paper napkin?
Have you ever locked your keys in the car?
Have you ever lied about your age?
Have you ever danced in the rain on road like movies?
Have you ever kissed someone of the opposite sex?
Have you ever screamed during a scary movie?
Have you ever played a joke on one of your teachers?
Have you ever looked for your glasses when they were on the top of your head
Have you ever been on a hot-air ballooon ride?
Have you ever lied to your parents and they found out?
Have you ever been suspended from school?
Have you ever walked into a window because it was just that clean?
Have you ever lied in one of your above answers during the game?

Give the above questionnaire to all the participants.
Everybody has to answer either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
Assign 10 marks to ‘Yes’ and 5 marks to ‘No’
Do not tell to the participants about the marks as some of them will try to hide the truth and say ‘No’ to some of the ‘Yes’ answers.
Time limit is two minutes.
As the time is over collect all the sheets from the participants and assign the nos accordingly.

The participants who scores the maximum is the winner. This game can be played with large groups also.
