Saboodana Cutlets – Receipe Of The Week


  • 1cup  – saboodanasaboodana_cutlets_recipe
  • 400grams – boiled potatoes
  • 2tsp.- chopped coriander
  • 1tsp  – chopped green chilies
  • 50 grms – crushed peanuts
  • Salt to taste (Sendha namak for fasting)
  • Kali Mirch powder to taste
  • Oil  for  frying

How To Make Saboodana Cutlets

  • Soak saboodana in water for 1 hour. Drain and set asite.
  • Peel and mash the boiled  potatoes
  • Add drained saboodana, finely chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, salt, kali mirch powder and crushed peanuts and mix well.
  • Divide them into equal parts and roll each part into a oval or round shape.
  • Shallow fry them in medium hot oil till golden brown.
  • Serve them hot with mint and coriander chutney.
