How To Play
- Tie hula hoop with the help of a rope from roof or some object that is at some height
- Draw a line at a distance of 2 feets from the hanging hula hoop.
- Each player will get 5 chances to throw the balloon through the ring.
- Any balloon that does not go through the ring, will not be counted.
Winner
Player who has thrown maximum balloons through the hula hoop.
